Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

the smaller bag, the metal tag, saying who made it, the face of it is all scratched to hell and has lost the gold coloring (was this way when it arrived as well)

Okay. I never write reviews. This purse is EVERYTHING. I got the pink/white one. I love how designer bags look. But honestly, after this bag, I don’t think any designer bags are worth it. This pocketbook met all my expectations. It didn’t sag nor wilt when putting it on the floor and it came with useful wallets for holding cards and cash and coins. The only thing is that it may not have the aesthetic appeal of some of the more expensive designer handbags, but that is a minor point.
