Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I like this 4 piece purse set. It’s a very pretty color. I ordered the biage color. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I was supposed to receive the 20cm length and 10cm width of the wallet, and recived the smaller one 10.5cm length 7.5cm width. This was a Christmas gift for my mother, and I’m very unhappy I didn’t get the correct size. I could return it and have the correct one sent back but wouldn’t come in time for Christmas, so I’ll just have to give what I ordered to my mother for Christmas. I will be looking for a bigger wallet cause that small one is too small.

Seems exactly like what you would expect. I love the colors and sizes and that it came with multiple options. The tiny wallet has very flimsy, loose pockets for the cards so you have to be cautious opening it but it seems ok so far.

Second time around, all is well. Very pretty. Roomy enough for travel needs. All the zippers work. It is a good bargain for tote, purse, wallet and card case for the price.

Wallet was useless. There were 4 side pockets that were supposed to hold cards such as d/l, bank card etc in which the size was wrong, nothing would fit. It did come with a card holder with plastic inserts in which you could put the cards in. Other than the wallet the large tote, purse and small card holder are beautiful and seem sturdy

This is such a great bag and makes for an amazing gift too. All four bags that come in one package go so well together and allows a busy mom like me to remain super organized while being stylish. The big bag it self is super sturdy. Honestly I just dump whatever I need for myself or for my toddler in the bag and get around to running errands. This set is perfect for my needs. There are components that can be used together or separately. The tote is large, but not too large, allowing me to carry necessary items for my workday. The purse is the perfect size, nothing gets lost inside. The wallet is roomy and has enough card spaces and there is a flat tote which notes, receipts, etc. can be easily kept. Many different colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend it.

I saw this set of satchel, purse, wallet, and picture holder. It came in different colors, but I like the one I got the best. It is described as purple/black in color, but it real life it is more of an eggplant purple. It is well made and very beautiful. I love it. I transferred all my cards and important things into the purse. The wallet is large enough to hold my iphone which is in a case, and it zippers closed so you don’t have to worry about it falling out. I am VERY pleased with my purchase. I will be looking at this site more often.
