Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I got this as a gift for my grandma and was pleased with the bags but then I saw that the brand pin was noticeably crooked on the main purse. It makes the bag looks like it’s cheap in quality despite it being nearly $50. Other than that, the bag is sturdy and feels nice. The materials don’t look cheap, there’s just the minor mistake on a pretty important part of the bag.

i got this for my mom for mother’s day and it’s perfect! had a tiny scuff on the front of the tote but other than that it’s beautiful and so well made for the price!

I use the largest bag almost daily and have for the past few months. These bags a pretty nice and hold up very well. I have noticed that the black trim is starting to come off do to some wear and tear from daily use. All in all I think they are a very sturdy bag and would definitely buy them again.
