Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I like how fashionable it looks and looks like a high end bag. The inside is brown which I don’t mind but some prefer something different. The straps are ok not to strong so I wouldn’t put too much stuff keep it light. All the other bags and wallets look nice too.

So I got this on a gold box deal with a coupon so it only cost me about $22.00. For that price, it’s great. Obviously is a little rough not being real leather, but the it does seem put together well. I put a lot in my bags so they don’t last long (overfilled, straps break). I’m expecting to get several months out of this bag. I’ll try and update if it fails early. But the little bags it comes with and the extra straps all seem quite durable.

It makes it very convenient for her to carry especially when we go anywhere. If she needs just her wallet, then she unzips the tote and purse and grabs her wallet. If she needs it all, just grab the tote and you have everything. At this price it’s hard to beat.

I really liked the purse set but the shoulder strap had about 1 1/2″ section that was not stitched. I reached out to the company through amazon and they responded within 24 hours. Exactly as pictured. Arrived on time. I did notice the outside pocket on the purse with the zipper was not completely a square when I put my phone in the pocket but my phone still fits well. Love the color and feels like it will last definitely worth the price! I had this in my cart for a long time bought myself a gift and I’m very happy with it.
