Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

These bags are more gorgeous in person than they are online. I love how the bags were packaged, but I wish that they would stuff each bag separately to prevent leather from creasing. 10/10 would purchase in the future. Everything with these bags are great, but the leather is a little flimsy worried about long term integrity of the bag.

I’ve paid way more for bags that have a stupid name brand logo glued on, there is not much difference between this and many designer brand bags out there. They’re all made in China. The pocket layout is somewhat lacking but thats not really an issue for a product in this pricepoint. It would be nice to have a clear ID sleeve in the wallet, for example, but there is none.
