Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

The bags and wallet arrived super quickly! They were ordered on a Friday afternoon and were delivered on the following Monday by end of day. The quality is as expected for the price, not the highest, however still perfect for everyday use. I love how sturdy the purse is, it has great structure and stands upright on its own without collapsing in on itself. Great size to fit everything I carry with me on a daily basis! Took off a star because stitching started to come out of one of the tote handles within hours of use. Comfortable straps on the tote and plenty of space for all the things I need. Would be excellent as a travel purse. the crossover is lightweight but sturdy. I like the accents on it. The large wallet is pretty standard fare. Won’t be using the smaller wallet thing, but it does look well made.
For the price, I’m satisfied.
