Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Overall I love this purse set. The large purse and medium purse are great. They are the perfect size and were exactly what I wanted. To carry them they have a good fit and are comfy. The wallets on the other hand are not as great in quality. The inner zipper on the wallet broke day 1 so I can’t put change in it. The small wallet for cards seems like it would tear easily and I am nervous to actually use it.
