Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

The big bag is perfect for office work or case files and notes. I’m able to hold my 15 case files and work laptop in it while still having room. I use the smaller purse and wallet for personal use and overall enjoy the bags. The wallet has some good space in it for cards and works perfectly. The only issue I have found is the big bag will fall and fold so the bottom does not lay flat after a few weeks of use. I also wish the pickets on the inside were bigger. They are slightly bigger than my business cards. Overall, not a bad bag and I would recommended it for anyone looking for a work bag and personal purse.

I use the largest bag almost daily and have for the past few months. These bags a pretty nice and hold up very well. I have noticed that the black trim is starting to come off do to some wear and tear from daily use. All in all I think they are a very sturdy bag and would definitely buy them again.

Just got this set in black I already used the smaller bag with the shoulder strap. Larger bag can hold my small laptop, phone, wallet and quite a bit of my personal items. This set looks good and is very versatile. Only drawback is removable tassels fall off too easily. You will need to tighten the attachment to keep them on, if you want to keep them. Red color is on the way- cant wait to get it!
