Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Okay. I never write reviews. This purse is EVERYTHING. I got the pink/white one. I love how designer bags look. But honestly, after this bag, I don’t think any designer bags are worth it. the bigger purse has a line in it where it was bent during shipping and I can’t get it out.
the smaller bag, the metal tag, saying who made it, the face of it is all scratched to hell and has lost the gold coloring (was this way when it arrived as well)
overall a good purchase for a good price.
