Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Super cute purse! You get a lot of bang for your buck! The large purse could use more pockets but thats a personal preference. It has a strong smell to it once first opened, strong like basement or factory, BUT once aired out its super cute!

This is such a great bag and makes for an amazing gift too. All four bags that come in one package go so well together and allows a busy mom like me to remain super organized while being stylish. The big bag it self is super sturdy. Honestly I just dump whatever I need for myself or for my toddler in the bag and get around to running errands. Although what I received was not the same as the picture of what I ordered, I do like the different size purses and wallet. The large bag is great when you need to throw everything in your purse (water bottles, umbrella, notebook, anything kids hand you!), and the smaller purse, which fits inside the larger one, is great to grab and go when you don’t want to lug around a big bag. Quality is not top notch (plastic feel, but I knew this when I ordered it). I was going on vacation and this was a last minute purchase, it arrived in less than 2 days (without Prime!).
