Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

I am using all the pieces and that is good. The quality is ok considering the price. There was a small line crease on the crossbody and a part if the lining in the zipper compartment had not been sewn together Also there was a small piece of trim missing off the tote. I exchanged it. The new one came and there was a worse crease in it. Customer service suggested I order a set from another vendor and gave me the link. I ordered it and it was the same brand and the tote had a small crease. Going to send that one back. Found another brand and ordered it. The crossbody is smaller and I don’t care for the wristlet. I prefer the wallet in the other set. I like the tote because it has more black. I am returning that one, too. Keeping the 2nd set I received. All of them were the same quality even thought the prices were higher. I will just use it until it doesn’t look good anymore. I have a feeling it will develop more creases with everyday use. The set is very functional, just wish it was better quality even if the price was higher.

For the price, quality is excellent. I was expecting a $300 leather purse. I ordered the bronze gold and it looks very classy. It matches my luggage perfectly. I love the matching wallet, my phone fits in it perfectly.
Only thing was the little card holder was missing. I plan to order more colors!

Beautiful handbag, only problem is zippers, not sure why they reopened after being zipped close. That was noticed when I took it out the box. Hasn’t happened since.. But I’m a bit nervous it could happen when being used. Love the softness of the bag. Would love to order more colors.. but I’ll try this one out for a bit first.
