Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I got this purse cuz my last one broke. I use the large one. I used the wristlet one one time and it was great too. I also use the wallet. I do with the card slots were alittle bigger in the walet but so far so good with this purse. Ive had it for about 4 months now.

I ordered this last year and made a review. It was a lighter colored bag and it was wonderful and I used it a whole year with no problems, except the cording fraying and coming off after many months of use. I ordered it again, and this time I went with the dark blue and black. It is a really nice combo. You also get a credit card holder and a wallet. The whole set seems smaller than before, but not too much. I put in the same things I had in other bags and everything is difficult to close, with the last bag, it fit very well.
I still love the combo, but my biggest complaint is the bag shows scratches and it scratches easily. I am traveling a lot during the day and in and out of my car, so just bumping the bag is showing wear after one week. I probably will order the lighter colors going forward.
