Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

This is a lovely set. The wallet is slim but the set includes a credit card holder that can sit separate in the purse. I love the size of all of the products. I would recommend.

Material is stiff vinal/ plasticky feeling, couple zippers are big strong but other zippers don’t seem like they will last, only time will tell.
I love small purses, bought it for the cross body size purse, like the look, style of it.
It’s a bit bigger then I thought but ok.
I had to add a separating panel in the center making it 2 big center pouches instead of one big one where everything end up lost in the bottom.
Did not like the wallet not my style, was very plain, wish it had the blue and Black colors like the purse.
Don’t know when or if I’ll use bigger totes bag but nice to have around if needed.

Very pleased with this purchase! Nice quality and details on each piece. I purchased the black/beige set and love the look! The wallet is fine although I prefer the one I have been carrying. The small card holder is not so great but that’s okay.. I am happy enough with the two main pieces. Very good price point! I will probably another one to switch it up.. so many pretty options are offered!

The leather on the purse is obviously fake but man does it hold on like real ones. I’ve had it now for 4 year and as a mom of 4 that has snacks and extra everything and everyone always digs through it’s held on pretty great and I get amazing compliments of the baby pink purse the extra mini items were a big plus. Worth it all.
