Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

The big bag is perfect for office work or case files and notes. I’m able to hold my 15 case files and work laptop in it while still having room. I use the smaller purse and wallet for personal use and overall enjoy the bags. The wallet has some good space in it for cards and works perfectly. The only issue I have found is the big bag will fall and fold so the bottom does not lay flat after a few weeks of use. I also wish the pickets on the inside were bigger. They are slightly bigger than my business cards. Overall, not a bad bag and I would recommended it for anyone looking for a work bag and personal purse.

I bought the purse because I liked that it came with a matching wallet. The color is beautiful and the purse is very sturdy. The larger of all the bags stays on my shoulder well and doesn’t slip off. The cross body fit just right. The adjustable strap is sturdy and stays in place.
Downside the wallet was no good for me. I couldn’t get my cards in and out easily. It also doesn’t open very wide, that combined with the difficulty of getting the cards in and out frustrated me. The other issue is there is a seam on the cross body coming undone. I won’t use it often so I decided to keep as is but something you should watch for.
Overall for the price I still love the purse and will continue to use it. Four stars because wallet fell through for me and the minor issue with seam.

I use the largest bag almost daily and have for the past few months. These bags a pretty nice and hold up very well. I have noticed that the black trim is starting to come off do to some wear and tear from daily use. All in all I think they are a very sturdy bag and would definitely buy them again.

I got this as a gift for my grandma and was pleased with the bags but then I saw that the brand pin was noticeably crooked on the main purse. It makes the bag looks like it’s cheap in quality despite it being nearly $50. Other than that, the bag is sturdy and feels nice. The materials don’t look cheap, there’s just the minor mistake on a pretty important part of the bag.

The 2 handbags are very nice. The thing they call a wallet is not a actual wallet. More like a thing to just hold credit cards. It feel apart the first time I used it ! Junk !
