Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Looks as good in person as it does in the online image on Amazon. Nicely packaged as to not bend or dent any of the 3 pieces in the set. It main purse is larger than I anticipated but still great, has a lot of room and is deep. Also a plus, the main purse is big enough to carry my tablet as well.

While this set is super cute and durable, the pull for the zipper on the side pocket of the tote broke off within the first few weeks of using it. I not long can easily zip and unzip that side pocket, which is a bummer. Otherwise it is great

I ordered the black floral and ended up getti g the navy blue. Im sure had i reached out to customer service they would’ve made it right but I wouldn’t have gotten it in time for the birthday party i was gifting it at so we just gofted the blue set. Since it was a gift I can’t speak on how well it works. It seemed nice and sturdy/well made.

Thrilled with this bag. I was just looking for the large bag but to get the bonus small shoulder bag, wallet, and card holder was the icing on the cake. The bag feels strurdy and holds all I need while maintaining its shape allowing me to access the contents with ease. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shoulder bag came with a bubble on the surface that caused a small peeled off area. I probably could have returned this for a replacement but it was not so severe for me to do this. Besides, I mainly bought this for the large bag and it came in perfect condition.
