Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Was looking for a structured purse that also zips closed and the price along with all the other bags is awesome. I fit so much stuff in mine but also use it when it’s barely full and it doesn’t look any different. Fits on my shoulder nicely.

I love this purse so much and so glad I didn’t have to spend a fortune on something similar. Bonus was receiving the small handbag, the coin purse, and the wallet.
HOWEVER, I will not use the wallet as it is too small and I’m not a fan of zippered wallets. Plus, it seems more cheaply made than the 2 purses. The coin purse I use for lady things and some makeup products. It surprisingly holds more than it looks. Also, do people still even use coin purses??!
All in all, I’d buy this again and just donate the wallet or give it away.

Update: I have carried this purse since January and the trem is coming off as can be seen in the first photo. I’m disappointed in that!
I’m carrying the purse on a daily basis to work and find it to be nice. I like the two toned design. I would have liked the two tone to be on both sides; however. The tote is a bit too big to carry as the purse so I’ll use it when I need a tote for carrying things for projects. The wallet is a little small, but I’m making it work. Over all I am enjoying my purchase.
