Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I really liked the purse set but the shoulder strap had about 1 1/2″ section that was not stitched. I reached out to the company through amazon and they responded within 24 hours. I asked for a new shoulder strap and they sent me a whole new purse set without hesitationVery happy with product and service

After looking at many handbags on Amazon and came across these, I then was left stuck between two colors, the blue and white and the brown and black one. And decided to go out of my comfort zone and get the blue and white and let me tell you!!! I am sooooo happy with what I received and now I am sad I can’t order the black and brown one!
