Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

This is a great set. One flaw, the crossbody strap is not long enough, even when the strap is fully extended. That’s the only complaint. Worth the money.

I really liked the purse set but the shoulder strap had about 1 1/2″ section that was not stitched. I reached out to the company through amazon and they responded within 24 hours. Exactly as pictured. Arrived on time. I did notice the outside pocket on the purse with the zipper was not completely a square when I put my phone in the pocket but my phone still fits well. So I got this on a gold box deal with a coupon so it only cost me about $22.00. For that price, it’s great. Obviously is a little rough not being real leather, but the it does seem put together well. I put a lot in my bags so they don’t last long (overfilled, straps break). I’m expecting to get several months out of this bag. I’ll try and update if it fails early. But the little bags it comes with and the extra straps all seem quite durable.

The handbag is well made, I don’t see any extra threads, the material is sturdy and the space in the bags are great. Could easily fit a full ‘mom size’ wallet, phone and other things in the shoulder bag. There is a wallet too. The smaller item is a passport holder. Have been using them on a daily basis and can’t complain. Will recommend and purchase in some other colors. Versatile addition to my closet for sure.
