Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Bought the three bag set and have used the tote and crossbody bag almost daily for about a year. Tote stood up to many days of over stuffing with my work laptop and papers- the straps are finally starting to wear down. Same with the crossbody bag- the edge where the straps are sewn in are starting to fray and will need to be replaced.
These bags won’t last you a lifetime, but they are pretty amazing quality for the price tag. I get compliments on the look all the time, and given the amount of abuse I put these bags through, I would say it’s worth it, even if I have to replace it every year.

Overall love the matching set, and the bigger purse can hold quite a few thing (I use it for work so I can carry a note pad, laptop, mouse and quite a few other thing needs for work). Within the first couple weeks of owning the middle purse even though I didn’t have much in there (wallet, ecig & maybe phone) the king strap broke. On the left you can see how they come and the right is how I had to fix the strap to hold.

Both the large and medium bag stand up and hold their shape. The medium bag is perfect for everyday use. Since these are not real leather, I’m not sure how they will hold up. I’ve had several compliments on the color/style of the bags. Have not used the wallet yet, but it seems a bit flimsy compared to my leather wallet which is stuffed full. I have used the small photo carrier for DL, CC and health card for my tiny purse and it works well.
