Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I like how fashionable it looks and looks like a high end bag. The inside is brown which I don’t mind but some prefer something different. The straps are ok not to strong so I wouldn’t put too much stuff keep it light. All the other bags and wallets look nice too.

Exactly as pictured. Arrived on time. I did notice the outside pocket on the purse with the zipper was not completely a square when I put my phone in the pocket but my phone still fits well. So I got this on a gold box deal with a coupon so it only cost me about $22.00. For that price, it’s great. Obviously is a little rough not being real leather, but the it does seem put together well. I put a lot in my bags so they don’t last long (overfilled, straps break). I’m expecting to get several months out of this bag. I’ll try and update if it fails early. But the little bags it comes with and the extra straps all seem quite durable.

This is a well made bag set. I use the set for work and the big bag holds a my documents that I take home with me and sometimes it holds my lunch. This is a great set. One flaw, the crossbody strap is not long enough, even when the strap is fully extended. That’s the only complaint. Worth the money.
