Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

The handbag is well made, I don’t see any extra threads, the material is sturdy and the space in the bags are great. Could easily fit a full ‘mom size’ wallet, phone and other things in the shoulder bag. There is a wallet too. The smaller item is a passport holder. Have been using them on a daily basis and can’t complain. Will recommend and purchase in some other colors. Versatile addition to my closet for sure.

I did not receive the smallest card wallet but I was quite happy with the rest of the set. I used to sell handbags for a department store and I know these bags will hold up to wear and tear better than some of the major designers.

This is a well made bag set. I use the set for work and the big bag holds a my documents that I take home with me and sometimes it holds my lunch. The smaller bag is the perfect size to carry my necessities and it comes with a wallet. I have had it for a few months now and it has held up very well. No wear and tear, no sagging or color fading.
