Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

I love this purse set. It was larger than I thought so I can fit a lot of items for traveling. I like the inner bag for makeup and such. The wallet matches perfectly and there is a smaller pocket wallet also. Very nice

The description says 4 piece set, the picture shows 3. I received 4. So I’m not sure if I was to receive a wallet or not. I did not receive one. But otherwise it’s very nice and have had complements on it.

All the purses are great! I love the set. The mustard yellow color is perfect. Depending on where I’m headed, the smaller purse is good for a night out. The larger is good for an overnight. The wallet is good to trade back and forth, and also throw in my work bag through the week.

It isn’t Michael Kors or Gucci but the quality is decent and the amount of pieces you get is great and worth the money. Very spacious pieces and you can alternate in between bags from small (clutch hand piece) to large (big purse). Should come with 4 pieces which is what I got.

The zippers look cheap but work just fine. The shoulder straps are coming apart and I have not even had it for a year. I do like the purse otherwise.

Just got this set in black I already used the smaller bag with the shoulder strap. Larger bag can hold my small laptop, phone, wallet and quite a bit of my personal items. This set looks good and is very versatile. Only drawback is removable tassels fall off too easily. You will need to tighten the attachment to keep them on, if you want to keep them. Red color is on the way- cant wait to get it!
