Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I ordered this last year and made a review. It was a lighter colored bag and it was wonderful and I used it a whole year with no problems, except the cording fraying and coming off after many months of use. I ordered it again, and this time I went with the dark blue and black. It is a really nice combo. You also get a credit card holder and a wallet. The whole set seems smaller than before, but not too much. I put in the same things I had in other bags and everything is difficult to close, with the last bag, it fit very well.
I still love the combo, but my biggest complaint is the bag shows scratches and it scratches easily. I am traveling a lot during the day and in and out of my car, so just bumping the bag is showing wear after one week. I probably will order the lighter colors going forward.

It had a convenient zipper slot on the side for my phone without looking for it in the bag when the phone rang or an email/text alert came. Overall, very satisfied with this purchase. The only thing is that it may not have the aesthetic appeal of some of the more expensive designer handbags, but that is a minor point.

These handbags are well made, look expensive, and are made of tough material. They came well packaged. These bags are sturdy, easy to wipe down if needed, and each fit a pretty good amount. I am able to fit an entire reusable water bottle in the big purse (which is really what I wanted it for! Lol) along with my wallet, make up bag, and still have more room if I wanted to add a few more items. I love that the set comes with different sizes because now I can switch it out depending on where I’m going. Definitely recommend!

I had been looking for a set of purses for several months. This set of four is perfect for me. I didn’t think I’d use the larger purse as much as I do. It fits everything in your purse plus an iPad, book, magazine, and Bible. The wallet is large enough for all my cards. The zipper for change is tight, but still very doable. I have used the clutch, but not the fourth piece. I LOVE this set of purses and the brown color I chose.

I got this purse cuz my last one broke. I use the large one. I used the wristlet one one time and it was great too. I also use the wallet. I do with the card slots were alittle bigger in the walet but so far so good with this purse. Ive had it for about 4 months now.
