Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Wallet was useless. There were 4 side pockets that were supposed to hold cards such as d/l, bank card etc in which the size was wrong, nothing would fit. It did come with a card holder with plastic inserts in which you could put the cards in. Other than the wallet the large tote, purse and small card holder are beautiful and seem sturdy

The bags and wallet arrived super quickly! They were ordered on a Friday afternoon and were delivered on the following Monday by end of day. The quality is as expected for the price, not the highest, however still perfect for everyday use. I love how sturdy the purse is, it has great structure and stands upright on its own without collapsing in on itself. Great size to fit everything I carry with me on a daily basis! I really like the colors in the black & flower print. The first set I ordered was defective – pockets not stitched to lining and card case stained & damage. Returned it. Second time around, all is well. Very pretty. Roomy enough for travel needs. All the zippers work. It is a good bargain for tote, purse, wallet and card case for the price.

I like this 4 piece purse set. It’s a very pretty color. I ordered the biage color. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I was supposed to receive the 20cm length and 10cm width of the wallet, and recived the smaller one 10.5cm length 7.5cm width. This was a Christmas gift for my mother, and I’m very unhappy I didn’t get the correct size. I could return it and have the correct one sent back but wouldn’t come in time for Christmas, so I’ll just have to give what I ordered to my mother for Christmas. I will be looking for a bigger wallet cause that small one is too small.

Great product! The red color was better than pictured, as was not a bright red. Only drawback was some of the other colors came with wallets and other colors came with just small credit card holder, which is odd since same brand. I have the blue set which is a wonderful color and is true to size dimensions and includes wallet . Ordered red for mom, which she loves, but came ( as stated on site) without wallet, only card holder. I tried ordering the wallet from the brand seperatly, but not available. No big deal and a good find.

Looks as good in person as it does in the online image on Amazon. Nicely packaged as to not bend or dent any of the 3 pieces in the set. It main purse is larger than I anticipated but still great, has a lot of room and is deep. Also a plus, the main purse is big enough to carry my tablet as well.
