Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Thrilled with this bag. I was just looking for the large bag but to get the bonus small shoulder bag, wallet, and card holder was the icing on the cake. The bag feels strurdy and holds all I need while maintaining its shape allowing me to access the contents with ease. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the shoulder bag came with a bubble on the surface that caused a small peeled off area. I probably could have returned this for a replacement but it was not so severe for me to do this. Besides, I mainly bought this for the large bag and it came in perfect condition.

I loved the style and how it fit for me. The color is amazing and quality felt very sturdy. After 3 months of use, the larger tote bags handle has started to come apart. Switched to the smaller over the shoulder bag. So far has held up for 2 months. Overall good for the cheaper price.
6 months of use *** The straps are coming undone a bit but it still holds regardless of weight. Still stand but my previous statement!

I ordered the black floral and ended up getti g the navy blue. Im sure had i reached out to customer service they would’ve made it right but I wouldn’t have gotten it in time for the birthday party i was gifting it at so we just gofted the blue set. This handbag is a sturdy and stylish must if you are a lady on the go. I use this purse for work because I can carry a cosmetic bag, wallet, checkbook, and a tumbler of coffee all at once. The material it is made of can really stand up to the wear and tear of being shoved in a cubicle and being carried through rain. I like this purse so much I bought two others in different colors. Also, you get smaller handbags AND wallets with each purse so if you don’t need all the space of the larger handbag you have the option of a smaller shoulder bag.
