Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I needed a proper purse for a last minute job interview the next day, so I went with this. I was skeptical that it would really look the part or be the right size or anything else. However, it is absolutely perfect. The right size, I can put the handles over my shoulder, the wallet fits my ID and credit cards perfectly. 10/10 would order again

I like the idea of all the bags. I am missing one of the straps that was supposed to come with the bag. The colorful strap that goes on the smaller bag. Other than that, I am hoping this will make a great gift.

Sometimes I need a little bag, and sometimes a large one. This set is perfect. I put seldom used items such as manicure set, band aids, spare keys in the large bag. The wallet with my credit cards and cash slip inside the shoulder bag along with my glasses, phone and keys. This fits easily inside the large bag. Therefore, I take the large bag with me, but reach in and grab the smaller one if I’m going into the store or a restaurant. If I need something I don’t have, it’s probably in the large bag in the car! The quality isn’t great, but the functionality is. And they are lightweight enough to not bother your shoulder!

I’ve paid way more for bags that have a stupid name brand logo glued on, there is not much difference between this and many designer brand bags out there. They’re all made in China. The pocket layout is somewhat lacking but thats not really an issue for a product in this pricepoint. It would be nice to have a clear ID sleeve in the wallet, for example, but there is none.

Beautiful and seems like a sturdy purse. I’m bummed though because the back of the big bag is missing the long zipper piece.
