Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

Okay. I never write reviews. This purse is EVERYTHING. I got the pink/white one. I love how designer bags look. But honestly, after this bag, I don’t think any designer bags are worth it. I will always get this brand! The prices are incredible, and you get more than one piece! This purse is comparable to Michael Kors and Kate Spade. It’s beautiful, heavy duty, and so cute. the bigger purse has a line in it where it was bent during shipping and I can’t get it out.
the smaller bag, the metal tag, saying who made it, the face of it is all scratched to hell and has lost the gold coloring (was this way when it arrived as well)
overall a good purchase for a good price.

Although what I received was not the same as the picture of what I ordered, I do like the different size purses and wallet. The large bag is great when you need to throw everything in your purse (water bottles, umbrella, notebook, anything kids hand you!), and the smaller purse, which fits inside the larger one, is great to grab and go when you don’t want to lug around a big bag. Quality is not top notch (plastic feel, but I knew this when I ordered it). I was going on vacation and this was a last minute purchase, it arrived in less than 2 days (without Prime!).
