Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Es muy linda tanto la grande como la pequeña. El material es aceptable ya que el costo no es muy alto. Excepto el zipper de nylon que es débil y propenso a dañarse, hay que cuidarlo.

This set is just perfect for what I was looking for to travel. The large bag is well made and roomy to hold everything I want to carry on the plane. The only criticism would be to have a lighter lining at least other than black. The purse is also nice with a comfortable colorful strap which I can use walking around the city. The other small pieces are nice as well. All in all a very good value that covers all bases!
