Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

I was unsure about switching to a larger purse, so I bought this Amazon steal just to try it out. Compliments Galore!!! I never imagined how many people would love it, but I have continued to get so many compliments on the pink and black duo. I expected no one to recognize the name on it and for people to NOT like it because it was not ‘name brand.’ BUT all I have received is love- so if you are nervous about possible hate you may receive for it not being ‘name brand’, NO one cares- because its cute.
Sturdiness wise- I have had this purse for about a year with no issues- of course, I am not rough with my belongings and I have treated it as if it was a Coach of MK purse. If you treat it right, you won’t have any issues. If you treat it like it only costs $40, it probably won’t last as long.
Never had any issues with the zippers or straps- of course I do not put 10lbs of product in my handbag.

This was bought as a gift for my mother in law. It was better than I had expected. The larger purse is a little bigger than I thought, but the extras were on point. She loved it! :)

This is a lovely purse set, I like that you have a big & small purse depending on your needs at any certain time. But the color is more of a dark brown than light as advertised. That I am not happy with. But decided to keep it despite it being the wrong color because so far I am happy with the quality.

There is lots of space for lots of things. It’s nice to be able to change your needs for what you’re doing that day. The wallet fits inside the crossbody which I’ve had issues with other purses before so that’s nice. I would just buy it if I were you
