Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

I like the idea of all the bags. I am missing one of the straps that was supposed to come with the bag. The colorful strap that goes on the smaller bag. Other than that, I am hoping this will make a great gift.

I think these bags are great. I bought 3 different sets. Each set comes with slightly different accessories. The large bag fits so much stuff. The smaller bag or wallet are very useful too. I have been using one of the large bags for a year and a half as a work bag. I just bought another set to give as a gift. Great quality.

I’ve paid way more for bags that have a stupid name brand logo glued on, there is not much difference between this and many designer brand bags out there. They’re all made in China. The pocket layout is somewhat lacking but thats not really an issue for a product in this pricepoint. It would be nice to have a clear ID sleeve in the wallet, for example, but there is none.
