Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.

I bought this for the large tote and it is perfect. It always holds itself upright, it is very sturdy. I bought it for work but it would also work great for travel with how well it stays upright. The other bags are also super cute and made with a tray good material, I was impressed

Ordered this because I needed a tote that would stand up on its own, not too many pocket dividers in the center to throw me off when I have to reach for my chapstick while driving! The bonus is that it came with all the other smaller bags. My four year old daughter was thrilled to get to use the over the shoulder smaller purse and be “just like mom” I would have paid big money for this bag if it said Kate Spade on it. But didn’t have to because it’s pretty much the same thing just different writing on the front. I got it in pink and really like the color contrast with jeans or a white coat.
