Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

I have had mine for a few years now and they are just now starting to loose their stitches. I tend to over stuff my purses so that’s probably why. But, that is okay. The quality was great for all the purses you get, plus the wallet! I’m going to order another set. I definitely recommend this set if you don’t want to pay Mk prices.
