Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

I like how fashionable it looks and looks like a high end bag. The inside is brown which I don’t mind but some prefer something different. The straps are ok not to strong so I wouldn’t put too much stuff keep it light. All the other bags and wallets look nice too.

I carry too much stuff. This allows me to split the weight of what I carry. I use the tote for my Samsung tablet, a binder, and an umbrella. I can keep the purse for essentials and be able to find things easily in either bag. The wallet is a good size, I have no trouble getting cards in or out of the slots. I did not receive the smallest card wallet but I was quite happy with the rest of the set. I used to sell handbags for a department store and I know these bags will hold up to wear and tear better than some of the major designers.

I really liked the purse set but the shoulder strap had about 1 1/2″ section that was not stitched. I reached out to the company through amazon and they responded within 24 hours. I purchased this for my fiancé. She loves it! All the other smaller items like the smaller purse and wallet fit inside the larger tote. It makes it very convenient for her to carry especially when we go anywhere. If she needs just her wallet, then she unzips the tote and purse and grabs her wallet. If she needs it all, just grab the tote and you have everything. At this price it’s hard to beat.
