Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

This is a well made bag set. I use the set for work and the big bag holds a my documents that I take home with me and sometimes it holds my lunch. The smaller bag is the perfect size to carry my necessities and it comes with a wallet. I have had it for a few months now and it has held up very well. No wear and tear, no sagging or color fading. I carry too much stuff. This allows me to split the weight of what I carry. I use the tote for my Samsung tablet, a binder, and an umbrella. I can keep the purse for essentials and be able to find things easily in either bag. The wallet is a good size, I have no trouble getting cards in or out of the slots. I did not receive the smallest card wallet but I was quite happy with the rest of the set. I used to sell handbags for a department store and I know these bags will hold up to wear and tear better than some of the major designers.
