Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

Exactly as pictured. Arrived on time. I did notice the outside pocket on the purse with the zipper was not completely a square when I put my phone in the pocket but my phone still fits well. It makes it very convenient for her to carry especially when we go anywhere. If she needs just her wallet, then she unzips the tote and purse and grabs her wallet.
