Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

The bag is cute and I love the accessories. However, it’s the size of a slightly large purse. I needed something cute to put my things in for pool therapy (swimsuit, towel, pool shoes, lotion, etc.) It’s not big enough. So, if you need something for the beach, this won’t work.

The wallet is really slim with only eight card slots, and the top card slots are a half inch divider and a seam was broken upon re-arrival. I bought it for the two bigger purses so it’s fine to me – I probably won’t use it anyways and don’t mind donating this piece. I’m not sure what to do with the slim purse, what do people use those for what would actually fit in there? But it’s really cute! The big and medium purses exactly what I wanted, but I just unboxed it all and haven’t used any of it yet.

The color of the item is really nice. However, the material feels cheap. But it was made in China so….. The little “card holder” is junk. Not what I was expecting. I really like the size of the biggest bag. That’s nice! The smaller bag is just ok, but does have lots of pockets and the dangly zipper things are really cute. I am not completely happy, but not completely upset with the purchase either. I am not one who has many different purses…and I usually keep it until it’s falling apart. I don’t spend a lot on purses so the cost was acceptable!

I love love love both the larger purse and cross body. They’re the perfect size for travel and a trip to the store. The color combo is great for every outfit I wear. I can dress them up or down for work or leisure. I was trying to get a purse from TJ Maxx or Marshall’s and these are much better quality. I did end up getting a different wallet because I didn’t like the one included but I’m not concerned about that for the price. I would definitely recommend for a gift or for yourself!
